Brians Parents, Pamela Shaver and James (Jimmy) Seales

This was taken the Thanksgiving before Brian was born in 1977.
I had gained exactly 20 pounds with him.
Jimmy and I spent that Thanksgiving with my parents, eating some fantastic turkey and watching football.
Nope, that's no beer can darlin', it's a glass of Milk.

Jimmy and I never married. Remember, this was the tail end of the generation where living together was sufficient.
I was 20 when I got pregnant with Brian.

I was self supporting, drove a new Javelin, had a good job, dated some nice guys, but nothing serious. I thought I had it all, but there was just something missing.

Brian carried this pocket Bible into Battle in Iraq.  These are his blood and sweat stains on it.
