Executor of Estate aka "Letters of Administration"
When Brian's alleged "wife" declared she was his "common law wife", she gave up the court order that made another Attorney the Executor. After that Attorney was told there wasn't anything in it for him, he just shoved the case in a drawer.
THIS is the Orginal Court Ordered "Letters of Administration":
This, plus the fact that Brian NEVER CHANGED HIS WILL means he wanted to be buried at home with his family.
This, plus the fact that Brian was buried under a FALSE DOCUMENT means that Brian was buried illegally by Ursery Funeral Home.
Brian WILL be coming home.
I DO find the fact that she NEVER asked for his Mazda to be quite interesting (she sold his jeep and disposed of his other assets) .
Brian never was one to keep a secret. Only he and I knew the Mazda was given to me for my Birthday and that it was registered in MY name. The ONLY way the "wife" would have known this is if Brian had told her, and that would have included telling her our "code" if anything went wrong. A few days before Brian died, that code call came in. I did as I was supposed to do, I called the Chaplain first. He called Brian. Then I went to visit Brian on his job. He said everything was alright. Less than a week later, Brian was dead.
Recently I met up with some people who said "We were surprised to hear that Brian comitted suicide. That just wasn't him at all! To have married that girl was a mistake. She hounded him like a dog". *Interesting first impressions*
I have heard people say "I was at my Brother's house and we saw what was going on. Brian was screaming over the cell phone. Then it all got quiet. We saw **** over there too."
New questions have come up in regards to a certain item not visible in the Coroners photographs (feel free to call me and correct me if I am wrong, Sirs). How long will it take Detectives to take a look at this is a mystery? I guess once I sue for "mishandling of evidence" they'll wake up. That's right boys, I'm going for your pensions, and your jobs.
