The above images are the delivery box, the dvd case, and the dvd that Brian's alledged 30 day "common law wife" was selling online for thirty bucks (including shipping and handling). I purchased the video November 13, 2007 (at least that is when it was shipped). She was approximately eight months pregnant by another man when this video was purchased.
She had included images which were rightfully MINE (his baby pictures and several others) in the video and had also set the video to the music, the copyrighted music, of Rascal Flatts. THIS is a violation of their copyright, and an explotation of my son's death.
One letter from one Attorney to another ended the sale of this video.
This video does, however, is documented proof that Brian was NOT in distress before he cut his grass, then allegedly hung himself in clear view of a six year old child. He had also received a two dollar an hour raise on his job that very day.
The dates of some of the images were a week to two days before Brian died. He appears happy, content, and without so much as a wrinkled brow, which he tended to get when he was troubled.
